All skill levels and abilities welcome\, no experience or equipment necessary. \nSpace is limited so please pre-register below! Only one registration per person\, if you are signing up for yourself and a guest\, please register twice with your name first and then their name second. \nYoga practice will be at Our Place\, next door to our main office.\nIf you have any medical or health concerns please let the instructor know before class.
